At Cousin of Def, every piece is made-to-order, created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of that, we don’t keep inventory or process standard returns or exchanges.
That said, we stand by our quality.
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
To start a claim, send an email to [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll handle the rest.
We can’t offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors, buyer’s remorse, or items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your info before submitting your order.
